Last weekend we visited the Birdsall House, owned by Allen (one of the delightful managers at THE BLIND TIGER in NYC) and we had a fantastic meal. If you are upstate and looking for a great craft beer and meal, this is your place!
My dinner was a deep fried soft boiled egg over wilted spinach and polenta. Lots of flavor! A heavy meal, which was perfect because I'd missed lunch and was starving. Matthew had the burger, which was made from a local farm. Overall, an A+ dining experience.
