Roasted Veggies...Jazz Them Up!
I just made my millionth tray of roasted veggies, and I was BORED. So, I mixed a few tablespoons of
balsamic
vinegar
with some
Dijon
mustard, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper, ET VOILA! A lovely new take on a fall favorite: Roasted Veggies. Enjoy!
